All our jogging/running tours can be varied between 6-12 KM depending on the fitness level of the group. Please let us know if you would prefer to power-walk rather than run. The time taken to complete each tour depends on the length of the tour chosen and the pace group. Faster pace groups may complete some of the scheduled tours in 60 minutes or less, whereas slower groups may take approximately 1 hour 30 minutes to complete a scheduled tour.
